Essential Job Duties:
路 Coordinate recruiting events and travel to venues to present job opportunities to groups
路 Prepare job descriptions, post jobs, and screen applicants for minimum qualifications
路 Follow up with groups, programs and park departments on applicant statuses
路 Processing newly hired employees paperwork and background screening coordination
路 Coordinates and conducts all Park Training programs
路 Coordinate and run all employee events; can include picnics, appreciation events, and incentive programs
路 Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Park policies and procedures including labor laws
路 Supervise seasonal staff and oversee all operational functions related to HR, Safety, Security, Parking and IT departments
路 Responsible for the development, implementation and sustainment of a safety program while enforcing the Corporate Safety policies and initiatives.
路 Implement and maintain the Safety & Risk Manual, Emergency Response Manual, Safety Awareness Manual, and Safety and Risk Management Standard Operating Procedures documents.
路 Manage all litigation, General Liability claims, and Workers Comp investigations.
路 Act as liaison with outside law enforcement agencies.
路 Coordinates with Corporate IT on projects
路 Responsible for all IT equipment and troubleshooting challenges as they arise
路 Perform Department Duty Manager role as assigned
路 All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
路 Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
路 Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, with time management skills
路 Must possess ability to work with minimal direct supervision
路 Must be available Days, Evenings, Overnights (Graveyard), Weekends, and Holidays
路 The ability to work indoors and outdoors and in all weather conditions
路 Must have the ability to stand, walk and run for periods of time, as well as bend, squat, kneel and stoop when needed
路 Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is beneficial
路 Prior supervisory experience in a related field
路 College degree preferred, but not required
路 Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator
