Job Description:

The Emergency Room RN:

  • Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
  • Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
  • Along with excellent critical thinking skills, a desire to exceed patient expectations and good interpersonal skills, are required

Scheduled hours: 32 hours, night shift, every other weekend and holiday rotation

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Previous experience and BSN preferred.

Current Massachusetts RN licensure required

Emergency RN Experience required.

BCLS, ACLS, PALS required.
