Monday-Friday... 2nd Shift... 2-10pm
Description:
Will perform quality assurance and quality control on 2nd shift in a food environment.
This will include: gluten testing, allergen swabs, and checking cleans (validation activity) prior to new batch or product being ran. Will work with operators on textures too throughout production.
In office may include: safety plans, reporting on checks that have been done, and other SQF activities as directed by the Quality Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma and 1 year working in FDA GMP.
Bachelor's Degree in Science major and 1 year GMP.
