Description:
Will perform quality assurance and quality control on 2nd shift in a food environment.
This will include: gluten testing, allergen swabs, and checking cleans (Validation activity) prior to new batch or product being ran. Will work with operators on textures to throughout production.
In office may include safety plans, reporting on checks that have been done, and other SQF activities as directed by the Quality Manager.
