Construction Worker (Entry Level - Experience )

Now hiring Construction Laborers for a commercial construction company in Spokane Valley!

Job Duties: 

• Assisting the crew with general labor tasks on the job site

• Material handling and carrying materials from trucks to the site

• Measuring and cutting lumber and other materials to length

• Sweeping and general clean up

• Opportunity to get into trades roles after proving a strong work ethic 

Requirements: 

• Good attitude and willingness to work

• Ability to left up to 50 pounds and use hand and power tools

• Experience with construction or any outdoor labor 

Details: 

• Monday – Friday day shift with overtime. 10-hour days are common. Potentially some longer days in summer.  

• Pay starts at $18 - $25/hr, depending on experience.  

• Lots of room for growth in pay and responsibility based on performance and tenure with the company.
