TRC's client is a telecommunications service provider seeking a Business Development Representative on a full-time, direct hire basis.

Pay rate: $50,000K/Year (based on experience)
Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

What you will do:
- Prospecting, cold-calling, canvassing within your territory to generate leads and business
- Consult with businesses, virtually and in person, to understand pain-points and provide custom solutions to meet their needs
- Service and grow existing account base
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track calls, meetings and other sales activity
- Negotiate new and existing contracts
- Attend monthly in-person sales meeting in downtown Greensboro, NC
What we need:
- 2 to 4 years of outside, B2B sales experience
- Experience making cold calls, booking meetings over the phone
- Account Management experience
- Ability to work independently, strong time management skills
- Must have a working computer, smart phone, and internet access
