Position Overview

A Cab inet Install and Service Supervisor will supervise the work of a team of Cab inet Install and Service technicians and leads. This position is responsible for overseeing the installation and service process in an efficient manner

Pay Rate: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually

Essential Job Duties

  • Work with other installers to install cab inet products as assigned and trained.
  • Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products.
  • Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
  • Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor.


  • Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Attend all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
  • Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
  • Retain an awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand to produce error free and damage free results.
  • Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned by field supervisor or location Management.


Criteria for Supervisor

  • Supervises 8 or more associates (direct & indirect reports)
  • Budgeting responsibilities
  • Hire/fire input
  • Goal setting & communication (directly or relaying from management)
  • Provide performance feedback


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum education required-High school diploma or GED.
  • Special skills required-Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.
  • Physical demands include walking throughout yards, plants and offices. Regularly lifting 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • Working from tall heights on ladders or in tight spaces.
  • 3+ years cabinet installation/s ervice experience
  • Excellent teamwork & customer relationships
  • Demonstration of leadership (all required):
  • Mentor new associates.
  • Willingness to train others
  • Safety committee engagement
  • Participation in US1 Continuous Improvement Projects
