Currently looking for qualified Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to fill a variety of full-time, direct-hire openings in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Interested candidates must have 1-2 years of previous experience as a RRT. We are staffing a variety of positions on night and day shifts. All Direct hire positions have a pay rate of $24-36 per hour + generous shift differentials. We have a full-time day and part-time night shift position available for Neonatal Pediatric Transport RTTs, and 2 full-time and part-time Night Shift positions available for Adult RRTs.

Requirements of the Registered Respiratory Therapist, RRT

• 1-2 years of experience is required for RRTs, Neonatal/ped Transport applicants with 1 year of NICU/PICU experience are preferred.
• BLS required
• Weekend rotation required as needed
• Must be able to work effectively independently, yet work together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly

• Evaluate, treat and care for patients that have breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Patient assessment and evaluation.
• Safe and effective administration of respiratory therapy treatments.
• Complete patient documentation.
