Job Description
Entry-level professional with some experience to contribute on a project or program. Role learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives. Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training.
Handle escrow analysis emails, phone calls, and correspondence as well as general escrow questions.
Have a working knowledge of aggregate accounting as it pertains to escrow analysis computation.
Coordinate with management to maintain the monthly analysis calendar and workflow.
Verify the adequate collection and administration of monies collected and review discrepancies found with management.
Perform monthly mass escrow analysis in accordance with RESPA guidelines. Review escrow analysis reports to maintain RESPA compliance.
Remove shortage spreads from the mortgage payment. Mail refund checks and other correspondence.
Document hazard insurance refund checks and review for off-cycle analysis. Perform one-off analysis as assigned.
Approve escrow analysis statements via our print vendor website. Responsible for working assigned escrow task queues within required time frame.
Collaborate with the tax and insurance teams to ensure up to date communication regarding issues, workflow, and procedures.
Attend ICE monthly escrow forum calls.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
