Part Time Maintenace Technician/ Hibbing

Maintenance Technician at Marsden Central

Shift: Monday- Friday 7:30 AM- 12:00 PM
Location: Hibbing, MN
Requirements: 
• You must be 18 years old. 
• The candidate must be able to keep logs and records and maintain basic knowledge of property, including HVAC, plumbing, and utility meters. The candidate must also be able to communicate and be personable with the public and tenants.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift to 30lbs.

Job Duties: 
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
• Lawn Care/ Snow removal
• Light plumbing/ Carpentry
• Paining/ Janitorial work
