Arrow Wall Panel a Division of US LBM Is seeking Wall Panel Assemblers to join their team in Hudson, WI!
Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday-Friday
Wage: $19 - $22 per hour
How You Will Spend Your Days as an Assembler Associate:
- Assembling precut wooden parts to create pre-fab walls in a controlled environment
- Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors' instructions and blueprint specifications
- Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly
- Utilize tape measure, hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts

Assembler Requirements:
- Experience. Construction Knowledge (Required).
- Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
- Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 90lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
- Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
- Teamwork. Team focused approach to work
- Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
