Join Our Team as a Dedicated Laboratory Technician!
We're seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Indianapolis. With guidance from our supportive team, you'll be instrumental in supporting scientific research and the development of innovative agricultural products. This is a long-term opportunity with plenty of training provided, so if you're ready to grow your skills and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Pay range: 20$-24$
Shift: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain GLP instrumentation under study director's guidance.
- Manage liquid and solid waste disposal, including special procedures for C-14 radiolabel waste.
- Perform combustion analysis and document data according to SOPs and GLP requirements.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulatory standards.
- Support daily lab operations by maintaining instrumentation and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks and uphold study integrity.
Experience:
- Laboratory experience preferred: We're looking for someone with a passion for science and a willingness to learn.
- Background in chemistry or related field beneficial: While not required, a background in chemistry or a related field can be a big plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience accepted: We value education, but we're also open to candidates with relevant experience and a strong work ethic.
