At InterDent, and in our 150+ affiliated dental offices, we build relationships for life, serving over one million patients each year. Gentle Dental provides high-quality comprehensive care, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. 

Hours of Operation: Shifts available and range from 7:15 a.m to 8 p.m. PST

Compensation: Hourly base pay, plus commission plan plus $1,025 training bonus

  • $16 per hour plus bonuses
  • Realistic and conservative bonus earnings are estimated at $350 - $400 per month
  • Agents have the opportunity to earn an additional $300 per month on top of the first bonus based on more challenging metrics for a total monthly bonus amount of $650 - $700 plus hourly rates of pay

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction
  • Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to accurately type 40 wpm
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
