Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights and provide recommendations based on analysis.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure procurement performance.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key procurement metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics techniques in procurement analytics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency including data audits and validation checks.
  • Collaborate with IT and system teams to ensure data systems and tools are optimized for procurement analytics.
  • Lead complex projects and provides solutions that are highly creative

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, data analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement analytics, data analysis, or a similar role within a large organization.
  • Experience with data modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred, as the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing data visualizations and reports using this tool.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive working relationships.
  • Experience with procurement systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. 

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$131,100 - $218,500
