Restroom Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping all restroom facilities clean, dry, and pleasant smelling.
• Well trained in all facets of the use of cleaning supplies and the application process.
• Must clean in a pre-planned order and on a continuous rotation during shift periods.
• Ensure the Guest’s safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain control of your area in the event of an emergency.
• Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards are met.
• Cooperate with all team members, Supervisors, Managers, etc.
• Resolve any guest concerns that may arise on a daily basis.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Complete all tasks as requested by Six Flags Leadership.
• Can work independently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years and older.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Must be able to give directions.
• Must be able to read chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets of cleaning substances.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk on a continual basis.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
•  Must be able to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

General Requirements:

• Must maintain proper attendance and timeliness.
• Must be able to wear Protective equipment such as gloves and goggles.
• Must be willing to help other areas and departments when requested.
• Must be able to handle all types of natural causes.
• Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
