Description:
• Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials, components, bulk and finished goods.
• Conduct calculations and analyses of samples, compile data, identify out of specification samples.
• Follow SOPs, GLP, GMP and FDA regulations.
• Perform inspections across all stages of production.
• Evaluate data reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing procedures.
• Maintains accurate records and issue QC documentation.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Coordinate micro, PET and stability/compatibility testing.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
• Perform daily lab equipment verification.
• Collaborate with internal and cross functional departments to assure inspections are completed on time.
• Must display accuracy and attention to detail while completing inspections and documenting results.
• Lead OOS investigations.
• Perform job duties in a compliant and safe manner.
• Maintain proper communication with suppliers, customers and third party manufacturers.

6+ months of GMP experience and Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics or transferrable field
