Lead Our Construction Team to Success as a Construction Manager!
Are you a seasoned Construction Manager ready to take on an exciting new challenge? We're seeking a talented Construction Manager to oversee the build-out of a trailer drop lot, and if you have experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, civil engineering, and permitting/zoning, we want to hear from you! This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Location: Jefferson, WI
Pay Range: 67$-72$

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for all site construction activities, ensuring clear communication with engineering, plant staff, and contractors.
- Support field technical issue resolution, collaborating with clients and contractors to deliver technical solutions.
- Prepare and support Engineering Work Orders (EWOs), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Quality Information System (QIS) tools.
- Manage financial, safety, and schedule key performance indicators, proposing alternatives as needed.
- Coordinate with project support staff, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Conduct weekly planning meetings and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications/Certifications:
- Experience managing projects through all phases of construction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI), or similar certification.
- OSHA 30 certification.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of Construction Management experience.
- MUST HAVE: Experience overseeing the build-out of a trailer drop lot in a manufacturing/industrial environment, civil engineering, and permitting/zoning.
- More than 3 years of experience with software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, CX Alloy, and others.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Information Technology, including BIM 360, File Sharing Systems, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong decision-making abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and walk through construction sites daily.
- Thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design and Construction, Scheduling, and Cost Modeling.
- Highly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving.
