FM Global is seeking a dynamic and innovative Generative AI Prompt Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. This pivotal role is centered on enhancing and refining the prompts used by FM Global’s bespoke Generative AI solutions, driving us towards groundbreaking results and unparalleled efficiency in our operations.

Role Overview:

As a Generative AI Prompt Analyst, you will immerse yourself in the world of AI-driven technologies, with a particular focus on Generative AI. Your main responsibility will be to develop, evaluate, and refine the prompts that steer FM Global’s custom Generative AI solutions. This includes rigorous testing for effectiveness and accuracy across various prompt strategies, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Software Engineers to outline effective prompt strategies and ensure seamless prompt integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Development and Refinement: Craft and revise the prompts that guide our Generative AI solutions, ensuring they are optimized for performance and relevance.

Strategy Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of different prompt strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Collaboration and Strategy Definition: Work alongside SMEs and Software Engineers to define robust prompt strategies and integration patterns, facilitating smooth and efficient implementation.

Research and Integration: Demonstrate a keen interest in the advancements within the Generative AI prompting field, actively researching and integrating these developments to enhance FM Global’s Gen AI technology.

6+ years of general business analysis experience, with 2+ years’ experience in project management.

Content Engineering Knowledge: Experience with FM Global's Underwriting Requirements and Operating Standards would be a plus.
Curiosity and Innovation: Possesses a profound curiosity about Generative AI and a strong desire to explore how to improve GenAI outcomes continuously.
Technical Knowledge: Has a solid understanding of, and interest in, document search and indexing tools, with a preference for experience in MS Azure AI Search, similar technologies will be considered.
Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working in a team environment, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members alike.

Educational Background: A BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in Generative AI technologies.

Compensation, Grade, and Job Title will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and technical skillset.
