Position Summary:
Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Practices to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Focused Care Team in collaboration and implementation of the established patients plan of care. Participates with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor and OB Educator in continuous performance improvement. Provides care specific to ages and developmental needs of patients. Age specific groups are identified as: Neonate, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate Nursing Program
- Graduate Nurse Summary completed by School of Nursing or College of Nursing Department
- PA RN license that is active and in good standing
- BLS or acquired during introductory period
- Completion of AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course or acquire during the introductory period. Maintained every 2 years
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification or acquire during the introductory period. Maintained every 2 years
Preferred:
- AWOHNN and Obstetrical experience
