This is more than an executive leadership position. It is an opportunity to lead a behavioral health hospital where clinical excellence, safety, employee wellbeing, and meaningful outcomes for children and families come together.

As Executive Director, you will be the onsite leader responsible for bringing vision to action. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, strengthen hospital operations, build community partnerships, champion exceptional patient care, and ensure the organization operates at the highest standards of quality, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. You will have the opportunity to influence not only how a hospital performs, but how children and families experience care.

If you are a healthcare leader who thrives in complex environments, develops strong teams, builds trusted partnerships, and believes behavioral healthcare can—and should—be better, this is your opportunity to lead that change.

The Leader We're Looking For

  • You are an experienced healthcare executive who knows how to lead through complexity without losing sight of people.
  • You bring at least seven years of healthcare experience, including three or more years in a senior leadership role, along with a demonstrated ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, compliance, and operational initiatives.
  • You understand that strong healthcare organizations require both heart and discipline. You can evaluate a budget, navigate regulatory requirements, develop a business strategy, coach a leader, engage an employee, and walk onto a patient unit with the same level of presence and purpose.
  • Experience in an inpatient behavioral health or acute psychiatric environment is strongly preferred.

Why This Role Matters
