Materials Mgmt - Distribution / Receivin

Shipping and Receiving Specialist responsible for receiving of goods on procurement system, distribution for all departments from receiving dock. Works closely with delivery personnel from various organizations. Responsible for completing all operations needed for supplies, deliveries, and express shipments daily to the department assigned. Processes receipts physically and matching to system for reconciliation of product. Notifies team members and Supply Chain leadership of any issues or damaged products. Works closely with the Customer Service Center for Lifepoint Health to ensure edits, corrections and updates are made for Purchase Order receiving and processing to close out operations for procure to pay accounting guidelines. Works in collaboration with courier and other departments to ensure their requests and needs are completed in approval by Supply Chain Leadership within processes set in place.
