Case Manager

Seeking RN to join case management team. This position will be focused on utilization review which is reviewing medical records and working with providers to ensure patients have the appropriate admission status. They will work in clinical documentation integrity which includes reviewing medical records to ensure they appropriately represent the patient's condition and hospital care.
