Physical Therapist, PT - Lafayette - $45 - $55/hr

Job Summary
Interim HealthCare of Indianapolis is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in Physical Therapy and will work with patients to improve their quality of life. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time/Hourly contract position with a rate of $54/hour paid weekly.

Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans for a pediatric patient population.
• Observe and record results following selected treatments and modify treatment programs to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, perform assessments, review patient progress and discuss patient needs.
• Participate in the referral process when needed.
• Implement research-based physical therapy practices.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative and professionalism.
• Provide feedback to patients on their performance, explain the progress of their treatment plan and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State registered Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
