Position Summary:
- Responsible for managing some aspects of clinical onboarding, scheduling clinical rotations for schools of nursing, provide expertise and guidance.
- Comfortable with classroom and bedside teaching.
- Serves as a resource person to staff and management.
- Participates in performance improvement activities as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associateās degree isĀ required. Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelorās degree and Masterās degree isĀ preferred.
- Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact licenseĀ required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) isĀ required. Must gain instructor certification within 6 moths of employment.
- Required certifications must be obtained through a MMCLC approved program.
- Current clinical experience.
- 3 years minimum experience in Acute Care required. 5 or more years of experience preferred.
