Position Summary:

• Responsible for managing some aspects of clinical onboarding, scheduling clinical rotations for schools of nursing, provide expertise and guidance.
• Comfortable with classroom and bedside teaching.
• Serves as a resource person to staff and management.
• Participates in performance improvement activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree is required. Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Must gain instructor certification within 6 moths of employment.
• Required certifications must be obtained through a MMCLC approved program.
• Current clinical experience.
• 3 years minimum experience in Acute Care required. 5 or more years of experience preferred.
