Position Summary:

Directs the Quality Initiatives for the organization.  Primary oversite of the facility-wide Patient Safety Program.  Leadership role will direct others within the facility towards process improvement. 

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree required. 

·        Must have at least seven years experience in Nursing with at least three years as a Director/Manager.  Prefer                previous Director level experience. 

·        Licenses:  Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.

·        Certifications:  Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) within one year of hire date.
