Essential Functions

· Facilitate and manage all aspects of client engagement and projects from ideation to finished product shipment, providing technical and communication support, both internally and externally to ensure opportunities remain on track and delays are promptly and effectively addressed.
· Comprehensive understanding of the product, project and manufacturing lifecycles & processes, including timing, tasks, roles/responsibilities of cross functional departments, and critical milestones.
· Effectively facilitate and manage the on-boarding of multiple client products and their existing portfolio production orders and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.
· Skillfully navigate stressful, undefined and/or ambiguous environments while maintaining accuracy of work.
· Effective utilization of ERP System.
· Regular follow-up on all open client requests and orders.
· Collaborates well within a diverse environment in order to accomplish the responsibilities required to satisfy the needs of the client and the business.
· Technical understanding of product process and contract manufacturing.
· Develop and foster internal and external partnerships.
· Manages projects with moderate to high complexity while working closely with key business partners to define product requirements and develop project timelines.
· Manage, communicate, and facilitate client requests.
· Works with urgency.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Comply with all safety and SOP procedures.

Work Environment
This job operates in an office and lab environment. This role routinely uses lab equipment and standard office equipment such as computers, calculators, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and other office electronics.
Essential Functions Cognitive (Reasoning)
Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with non-verbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Comprehend complex, hard-to-understand concepts.
Essential Functions Mathematics
Perform ordinary arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric procedures in standard, practical applications.
Essential Functions Communication (Speech & Composition)
Expression of a level to communicate fluently with employees, customers and others in English to obtain and provide complex information. Vocalize and explain detailed data and problem-solve in-person, by telephone and via video conferences. Capable of interpretation of technical materials, oral presentation of reports and able to adapt vocabulary, tone and content for listener.
Comprehension and expression of a level to routinely draft narrative information, compose routine correspondence on own initiative, make comprehensive notes. May involve a large volume of such composition.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Employee will occasionally lift and carry up to 15 lbs., reach over shoulder, use fingers for grasping, repeatedly bend, climb, use peripheral and depth perception vision. Employee will frequently use both hands, sit for extended periods of time, walk, stand, and use well developed coordination simultaneously. Employee must be able to distinguish basic colors and shades of color, able to smell, and have routine hearing ability.

Employee will occasionally work irregular hour, work with sharp objects, work around machinery and moving parts, work on ladders and work closely with others. Employee will frequently be exposed to dust, silica, powders, etc. Employee will continuously work inside, and work alone.
Travel
Minimal travel required - ability to travel infrequently (i.e., annually) for activities.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree, related experience, or a combination of both.
· Minimum 2 years work experience in Project and/or Customer Account Management (preferably in the nutrition / supplement industry), Food Manufacturing, Beverage, Flavor, or Pharmaceutical environment.
· Minimum 2 years work experience in Project Management, Customer Account Management or like role/technical experience.
· Experience using an ERP System.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including timely follow-up and commitment to deliverables, and openness to give and receive feedback.
· Ability and proven success developing strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and results.
· Ability to perform tasks autonomously or under minor supervision while maintaining accuracy, completeness and sound judgment.
· Ability to delegate key tasks.
· Ability to balance workload and prioritize as needed.
· Well organized with time management skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Able to consume and sample food ingredients and allergens in accordance with evaluation/research needs.
Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience
· Minimum B.S Food Science or related technical or engineering degree preferred with 2-4 years’ experience, or M.S. degree with 1-2 years’ experience.
· PMP Project Management Profession or Project Management coursework preferred.
· 2+ years’ Account Management experience.
