What you’ll be doing:

  • Gift Cards
    • Assist with management of ~$5MM premium gift card margin line.
    • Forecast gift cards based on past performance and other insights.
    • Submit purchase order requests and invoices in Coupa.
    • Address any questions/concerns regarding purchase order.
    • Ensure approvals are met in time to hit promo dates.
    • Determine when wire transfer has been received by vendor.
    • Place gift card orders on vendor ordering platform.
    • Upload gift card URL files into Quill system.
    • Notify team when available.
    • Run gift card promotion results and provide insights on performance and recommendations for future promotions.
    • Update trackers with gift information (PO#s, # of cards bought/loaded, etc.).
    • Serve as SME of each gift card brand’s guidelines for usage in marketing including disclaimer language, image usage, creative approvals and maintains a file of all guidelines for internal partners to reference.
  • Premiums
    • Conduct market research for new gifting ideas and monitor the retail environment to identify trends.
    • Attend trade shows.
    • Create and execute surveys.
    • Monitor gift perception amongst customers.
    • Maintain Gift Database.
    • Identify process improvements for the database process and to streamline new item build.
    • Process set ups in a timely fashion and communicates any special needs (ex. Rush set ups).
    • Responsible for building all premium items in the Gift database and tracking all stages of the building cycle until POs have been issued.
    • Monitor gift usage and performance to identify issues to make sure future promotions are not impacted.
    • Work with vendors to ensure all details needed are received and any vendor issues/concerns addressed.
    • Provide monthly promotion results reporting to vendors for their items.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Merchandising or related Business field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Administrative/financial experience
  • Analytics and Reporting
