This position is a part of a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL. Unfortunately, this intern position is NOT eligible for CPT/OPT status.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching and gaining insights on specific target vertical markets and brainstorming strategies on how to market toward them
  • Generate ideas on how Quill can target different verticals in a different way by looking at what competitors are doing and how we can make it even better
  • Using data and reports to understand what products and brands different verticals are purchasing and why
  • Working with cross-functional teams to understand the full process of targeting a specific customer base
  • Execute vertical strategies by accomplishing tasks given to by the manager

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, merchandising, business administration, and economics, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table
  • Execute vertical strategies by accomplishing tasks given to by the manager
