The Analyst Strategic Initiative Programs role will assist with the overall oversight, leadership, and success of the Personal Wealth Project Portfolio and Priorities, including the facilitation of the annual initiatives planning and prioritization activities to help determine the optimal portfolio and multi-year roadmap.

In addition, this role will support the delivery of large strategic programs and be responsible for multiple efforts such as executive committee meeting preparation, status reporting, project results tracking, roadmap development, and meeting facilitation.

This role will require extensive cross functional collaboration and relationships to ensure effective alignment and tracking of the Empower Personal Wealth Portfolio of initiatives.

What you will do

  • Work closely with the PMO and PMO data to perform analysis and drive insights into the portfolio performance, capacity planning, and budget spend

  • Create documentation that supports the delivery and communication of strategic programs, for example pull materials together for Project, Program and Steering Committee reports

  • Maintain Excel tracking and success metrics, proactive analysis and tracking of risks etc.

  • Support the facilitation of project and cross-functional meetings with leadership

  • Help prioritize efforts, identify issues and drive execution while working directly with senior business leadership

  • Conduct problem analysis, prepare recommendations for action and implementing approved decisions

  • Support the delivery of the agreed EPW business and technology roadmap

  • Support preparation activities for the Business Priority Committee meetings, working with partners to develop priorities and content, analyze and recommend trade-offs, assist in partnering with stakeholders and technology to determine an executable plan that is to be delivered

  • Be a trusted partner with the Technology PMO, BPC, HR and Change Management and align closely with Business Management

  • Build and maintain a communication tool that will help bring a holistic view to EPW initiatives and how the delivery will impact customer and associate experience, bringing a more intentional and coordinated effort to solution delivery

  • Help develop and produce regular reporting on business initiatives and project status, issues, and accomplishment for business segment leaders and executive leadership

  • Manage regular EPW communication forums, such as All Hands meetings and QBR’s, working with leadership to establish agendas and facilitate the creation of materials

What you will bring

  • 4-year degree in Business or relevant years of experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in project management or business analytics

Base Salary Range

$92,400.00 - $130,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
