Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant specializing in Direct and Agency Billing, you will play a critical role in managing our billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions related to direct customer billing and agency relationships. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end billing process for direct customers and agency partners.
• Generate accurate invoices based on contracts and billing terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing information.
• Reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain documentation and records related to billing activities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or finance roles, preferably in billing or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue recognition principles.
