As a Lead Engineer in New Product Development, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing hydraulic actuation devices for aerospace applications, utilizing cutting-edge Computer-Aided-Engineering techniques.

Pay Range:$50-54/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Lead the design and optimization of hydraulic actuation devices for aerospace applications using Computer-Aided-Engineering techniques.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance for new product development and design improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical leadership and direction.

What’s Needed?
