Landscaping Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring Logistics Administrator to Start As Soon As Possible
Entry level administrator position with customer service experience preferred!
Pay:Â $18/hour ; Overtime: $27/hour
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Location: Lyndhurst, NJ
Type of Position: 6 month contract-to-hire
Full Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Printing paperwork
- Making adjustments in the computer
- Speaking to customers and drivers & printing out paperwork for them when they arrive
- Entering production schedules
- Variances in production timing, etc
- Making adjustments on shipping paperwork
- Other duties as requested
- Desk role
Skills & Qualifications:
- Will be reporting to customer service
- 6 months-1 year of experience in administration or similar is a plus
- Must be computer literate
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience with word or excel is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the USAÂ
