**What you'll do:**
- Safely operate waste management vehicles to collect and transport trash and recyclables
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely waste collection
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and businesses
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order
**What we're looking for:**
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
