Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

How you will spend your day as an Administrative Assistant :
  • Provide administrative support to Location managers
  • Receive in coming freight and file documents. - 50+ % of job duties.
  • Coordinate meetings, luncheons and engagements
  • Open and sort mail; process items as applicable
  • Order office supplies and keep record of associated costs
  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records and other documents
  • Other administrative functions including:
  • o Bookkeeping
  • o Prepare reports through computer software
  • o Answer phones (Multi-Phone Line)
  • o Accounting Functions (Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Payroll)

  • Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Experience. 1 year of office/administration/bookkeeping
  • Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required).
  • Special Skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Skills. Ability to type accurately 50 WPM
  • Physical. Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
