Seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a leading manufacturer of polyester polyols, specialty polyols for the coatings, adhesives!
Description:
- Sample Testing of all Steps in the Life Cycle of Raw Materials, whilst maintaining Quality Documentation and GMP Environmental protocol in a Chemical Manufacturing Environment
- Analyze Samples for Raw Material, In Process, and Finished Product
- Assist in Implementation and Validation of Testing and Instruments/Equipment
- Speak up and recommend adjustments for OOS products
- Maintain Quality Documentation
- Active computer responsibilities involving, but not limited to, data entry, e-mail, CMMS, Lotus Notes, Oracle, LIMS, SAP
- Â Maintain areas in compliance with GFSI & ISO 9001:2015, GMP, and GDP program requirements in the laboratory.
- Support cGMP, GFSI, ISO9001, SPC, SQC, and any other Quality and Food Safety and Occupational Safety programs/initiatives.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences
1-2 years Experience in Food/Flavor, Pharmaceutical, Petro-Chemical Manufacturing Environments
