Job Duties:
Our technicians complete work orders and maintenance requests in specific time frames.
- Understanding or experience with task including but not limited to:
- basic electrical and light bulbs
- plumbing
- carpentry
- mechanical
- drywall, and painting
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Completing other tasks, general cleaning, and projects as needed
Rate: $22.00/ hour
Shift: Monday – Friday 3:30pm-1:00am
Physical Demands:
- Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
- Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting
- Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old
- Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor machines and other equipment.
- A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and fingerprinting check are required.
