Actalent is Hiring a Lab Technician

Description:
Testing depends based on products they are working:
- Property testing (FTIR, Karl fisher moisture content, tear/tensile strength testing, solubility testing, analytical instrumentation - GC, LCMS, HPLC)
- Recording and documenting data/results
- Equipment calibration
- Attending R&D meetings
Very similar to roles in the other Group, will be doing bench and wet chemistry testing as well as analytical testing based on the product and project work they are doing.
Will be tied to a mentor who will be designating the types of tests ran and work done.
Skills:
Chemistry, Laboratory, Hplc, Wet chemistry, Inspection, Analytical chemistry, data entry, r&d
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS in chemistry/chemical engineering preferred; other stem degrees will work but must have strong chemistry skills and interests
6 months + Experience outside of school is extremely preferred. (related industries applicable - inks, coatings, paints, adhesives & paper)
Must be very knowledgeable around the lab work and testing/projects they have done.
