We are seeking a skilled Chemist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wet chemistry, gas chromatography, and laboratory operations. Experience in GLP, quantum engineering, spectroscopy, product development, analytical chemistry, laboratory information management systems, and quality control is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical analyses and experiments following standard procedures
- Utilize various techniques such as gas chromatography and spectroscopy for analysis
- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure they are calibrated correctly
- Develop new products or improve existing ones through research and experimentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Record and interpret data accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of wet chemistry techniques
- Familiarity with GLP and quality control processes
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Experience in product development and analytical chemistry
