Description:
ā¢Monitor backlog and plan testing schedule to ensure quoted turnaround times are met
ā¢Wet chemistry techniques utilized will include gravimetry, titrimetry, colorimetry and others as needed
ā¢Instrumentation utilized will include LECO, IC, FIA and others as needed
ā¢Maintain neat and accurate records
ā¢Enter testing data into LIMS and monitor for QC failures
ā¢Review and approve laboratory analytical data
ā¢Monitor and record environmental conditions in laboratory
ā¢Alert management of any out of tolerance findings
ā¢Perform calibrations/checks of laboratory equipment
ā¢Maintain glassware inventory for laboratory use
ā¢Maintain chemical/reagent traceability
ā¢Assist with maintenance of chemical/supply inventory
ā¢Support the maintenance of controlled documents related to laboratory operations/testing through editing of documents and/or reviewing revisions
ā¢Support quality system improvements through completion of Corrective and Preventive Action forms, documenting Non-Conformances and assisting with internal audit findings as assigned by Environmental Lab Supervisor, Monograph Supervisor, Lab Supervisor, or Food Chemistry Team Lead
ā¢Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
ā¢Perform other duties as assigned
