Electrical Test Technician

Our client, Leader in metrology, defect inspection, lithography, and smart manufacturing software solutions for semiconductor manufacturers is seeking an Electro - Mechanical Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have able to work with little or no supervision, ability to solve complex problems involving software, hardware, and integration of sub-assembly components and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry in a manufacturing environment which will align successfully in the organization.
 
Job Title: Electro - Mechanical Technician
Location: Bloomington, Minnesota
Pay Range: $25-$29/hour
 
What’s the Job?
 

• Calibrate electrical systems in preparation for final system qualification/certification
• Alignment and calibration of automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair Electronic and Photonic systems to Optical, board and on occasion component level.
• Identify problems and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Associate of Science degree (A.S.) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology, Optical Systems Technology or equivalent from two-year College and/or military equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and schematic diagrams
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
