Job Description
 
  • Lead and guide junior technicians in all aspects of assembly, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems.
  • Take the initiative in collecting prototype materials, building prototypes and test fixtures, and providing valuable feedback to engineers.
  • Conduct a wide range of complex and advanced electronic tests, analyze data, and identify any abnormalities to ensure quality.
  • Build intricate wiring harnesses and review test plans for completeness and efficiency.
  • Draft comprehensive test reports and present findings to engineers and stakeholders.
 
Required
 
  • Minimum Associate's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with basic and power electronics, electric circuits, and control systems.
  • Experience handling test equipment like power supplies, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
  • Ability to independently build and test electronic subsystems, document procedures, and learn new software tools.
  • Understanding of high-voltage and high-current measurement techniques
