EHS Project Specialist

Manpower Engineering is working with a global leader within the pharmaceutical industry for an EHS Project Specialist. The EHS Project Specialist will be responsible for overseeing high risk/safety activities throughout different phases of construction.

Job Title: EHS Project Specialist
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (100% onsite)
Duration: May 2024 – December 2024 (CONTRACT to POTENTIAL HIRE)
Pay: $50 - $80/hour + (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
 

• Keep the project site in compliance with EHS regulations as well as compliance with company EHS policies.
• Perform regular inspections of site conditions and activities including scaffolding, working at heights, permit work and other high-risk activities daily.
• Identify, analyze, and ensure control of project hazards and aspects.
• Develop and present EHS materials/content as needed.
• Schedule and perform EHS inspections and audits.

• Must have 2-3+ Years’ experience in construction safety
• Possess an understanding of construction EHS compliance programs laws
• Possess good communication skills, time management and organizational skills.
• Possess basic competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CPR/First-Aid Trained/OSHA 30 Construction Preferred
