Sign-On Bonus: External applicants eligible for up to $18,000.00.

Sign-on bonus eligibility: Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.

This is a part time (0.4 - 0.6 status), night shift Registered Nurse position in the Med/Surg Department.

The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of acute patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.

Minimum Required:  RN License required. Must have one (1) year of Acute Care experience. BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.  Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required.

Preferred/Desired:  BSN Preferred. Prefer three (3) years of Acute Care experience.

Weekend Requirements: Per MNA Contract.
