POSITIONSUMMARYÂ
The Compounder will ensure quality and quantity of products by operating machines that blend chemicals to specified standards as per instructions on the batch sheet. Make adjustments to batches as directed by QC Lab, and perform transactions on E R P System.
Pay: 32-35
Job Duties
Compounder will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Assemble raw materials associated for each product batch
• Start and complete product batch according to formula
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain required logs and other batch records accurately and completely
• Perform duties in compliance with company safety rules, SOP's and GMP's
• Operating machinest h a t blend chemicals to specified standardsa s per instructions
on the batch sheet.
• Set up/ Changeover - Rinsing out mix tanks
• Replace and maintain hoses, gaskets, and Connectors as needed
• Correct tanker hook up
• Chemical Compounding /Batching Experience • Other duties as assigned.
Documentation:
• Documenting processes and procedures
• Record Keeping
• Recording corrected drum and raw material quantities.
• Batching Work Orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E. D.)
• Minimum Experience: 5 yrs. ni processing facility, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
• Two years of manufacturing Chemical Compounding /Batching Experience
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of weight and measurement conversion. • Ability to communicate well
• Ability to lift 50 Ibs. and operate a forklift/other material handling equipment.
• Ability to organize and work efficiently in a multi task environment
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt in a changing environment.
