Description:
- Process Support Technician will be supporting skilled Process Technicians.
- They will be in support role for 6 months, and then can move into Processing Tech role within Muscular Skeletal or Amnion after they have completed their 6 months in support role.
- Provides support to Processing Technicians in a cleanroom environment.
- Maintains a clean and microbe free cleanroom area by cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and equipment.
- Safely handles chemical reagents and biohazardous waste according to standard operating procedures, applicable AATB standards and FDA regulations.
- Operating equipment used for obtaining particle counts within a cleanroom environment.
- Accurate documentation of all particle counts and cleaning logs according to Good Documentation Practices.
- Preparing case carts and creation of kits in electronic system, BTM.
- Sample preparation and documentation of samples pending shipment and testing at clinical lab.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous laboratory experience required.
