Position Summary: The Manager of Offline Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition across regional offices and supporting new office expansion, leveraging offline channels, including local TV, local radio, direct mail, OOH, etc. for Leaf Home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategy, manage, and efficiently scale new customer acquisition for Leaf Home through offline paid marketing channels, including but not limited to TV, radio, direct mail, and OOH.
  • Effectively manage all offline budgets and performance ensuring that the company is achieving channel-specific and top-line goals.
  • Work with external media agencies to place the media buys and monitor the rate, and work with external creative agencies for creative development.
  • Own all aspects of day-to-day offline marketing channel management: audience targeting, creative development, media buying, optimization, and CAC measurement.
  • Collaborate with the creative, product marketing, and copywriting teams to develop content for offline channels to ensure key product features are communicated interestingly and engagingly.
  • Develop alignment between the growth, inside sales, and digital product teams to ensure consistent user experience and cohesive brand messaging.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of IOs, creative assets, billing, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement by turning insights into testable hypotheses, running experiments, and mining data for optimization opportunities.
  • Embed “Test, Learn, & Optimize” into all activity - ensuring we are always building on our knowledge and driving performance with all growth marketing campaigns and leveraging A/B tests and experiments to constantly improve our efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, draw actionable insights, and distill key takeaways while looking to understand how our breadth of data helps us make actionable decisions.
  • Embrace the challenge of learning and understanding new platforms, partners, and the ever-evolving and highly interdependent marketing funnel, and develop recommendations to incorporate the latest change to measurement.
  • Harness the power of BI tools like Tableau to analyze data, collaborating with the marketing analytics team to drive results and enhance efficiency.
  • Aid in new channel testing by tracking KPIs, measuring success, and helping to evaluate our current marketing mix.
  • Ensure that we are properly tracking the impact of each new offline channel test and that we are understanding traffic, conversion, and revenue impacts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of growth marketing best practices and KPI tracking.
  • Experience in a wide breadth of offline growth channels; experience in TV and/or radio required.
  • Experience using PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools to perform trend analysis.
  • Ability to work both with a team and individually to achieve goals, meet deadlines, etc.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

  • Experience in offline channels such as direct mail and OOH is strongly preferred. 

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required. 

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).  

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment. 
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment. 
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
