Description:
Seeking a candidate to assist with the accurate coordination of all quality documents within the quality management system. This position is working in a medical device, regulated environment, coordinating the document control system to ensure compliance of internal and external requirements. Key duties:Filing and transferring physical files from one location to another.Scanning and uploading document into electronic systems.Organization of the document control cage.Cross collaboration across engineering teams, sales, and operations teams.Manage Change controls.Assign document number and assign number for deviations.Desired Experience:Experience within GMP Environment (medical device, or pharmaceutical preferred)Experience with quality documentationDocument control and change controlsExperience with MS office and EPR systemsAssociates Degree (not required)Selling points:Fast growing companyOpportunity to learn new Quality Assurance skills (corrective actions , Internal auditing, investigations)Small agile teamThe position will involve physical moving of files, must be comfortable with lifting 20 pounds and pushing a cart with up to 40 pounds.
