Raymond Building Supply, a division of US LBM, is a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States with various locations across South Florida, including Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Polk, Broward and Hillsborough County. Raymond provides a wide range of building material products to residential and commercial customers.
Pay Range: $18.00-$26.00/hour
How you will spend your days as a Window Service Technician:
- Handle service calls as assigned
- Identify problems and complete solutions
- Maintain a professional appearance and integrity in representing Raymond Building Supply,
- Communicate with Raymond Building Supply, Department and contractors about any product or installation issues
- Use discretion in communication with homeowners
- Communicate clearly with the scheduler on timetable needed for certain service calls
- Communicate clearly with the scheduler regarding an accurate list of materials needed
- Maintain a daily log of service calls
- Operate and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle in a safe, professional manner
- Communicate and work with production personnel to improve quality control so field service can be significantly reduced

Window Service Technician Requirements:
- Education. High school diploma or GED
- Licenses. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. OSHA cards are required.
- Special Skills. Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation. Great customer service skills (highly important)
- Communication. Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills, and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.
- Physical. Regularly lifting 50lbs and frequently lifting up to 100lbs or more. Working from heights on ladders or in tight spaces.
