Memory Support Manager

Under limited supervision, the Memory Support Program Manager coordinates the memory support program to ensure that the physical, social & emotional needs of the residents and their families are met. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Shift: Full-Time Benefited Exempt, Tuesday - Saturday 

Pay range: $62,859 - $86,684

To be successful in the role, you would have:

B.A. degree in healthcare or related field.

Must be able to check in with all shifts as needed. 

 Experience in Leadership role in the setting, team management, dementia training experience, scheduling, attendance/ payroll are strongly preferred.

Work Duties

• Keeps the HumanGood Memory Support Program Philosophy at the core of all planning and implementation of activities and care to meet the specific needs of residents;
• Supervises Team Members in the Memory Support; supervision includes management of work schedules, hiring, training, evaluating, employee development, coaching, discipline, salary increases, and adjustments;
• Leads by example and collaborates with Community Life Coordinator to ensure team members engage residents in programs
• Reports to Health Services Administrator
