This Janitorial Manager will oversee the nightly operations of a large cleaning crew focusing on engagement, growth and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Nightly meetings with crew to set operational plans and additional assignments based on site needs, staffing and work orders
- Provide direction and identify training opportunities
- Set safety expectations and ensure a safe and health working environment
- Assist associates with concerns and provide prompt feedback
- Oversee timekeeping, PTO requests and scheduling
- Use systems and tools in place to order supplies, conduct audits and track personnel matters
- Assist site manager with performance goals and provide daily communication
- Provide additional support as needed including cleaning
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ Years of Applicable Leadership Experience
Hours:
Onsite, 2nd Shift
